FRAMED PANELS - Voyage

This piece was a design that came to me while I was doing my first class with the great Faye Rook - master enamelist and teacher extraordinaire.

Voyage stories were an important part of Irish myth: The Voyage of Bran, The Voyage of Maelduin and later the Voyage of St. Brendan.

Voyages are symbolic of the transitions in our lives and, for me, signify transformation.
