Sharing the information that I gather in my researches and travels has long been a passion of mine I started by giving Celtic Art History workshops at Folk and Celtic Festivals. This eventually expanded into teaching hands on enamelling classes.

I have been teaching now for over ten years - and I enjoy it immensely. 

My teaching style focuses on understanding of material and technique. I don't like to make aesthetic judgments, as I believe that people need freedom as they try to find their artistic 'voice'. I teach how enamel works - so that the student will know how to move forward with their own style.

Students range from casual hobbyists to serious jewellers and I find that I can learn something from all of them ;-)
