Faith Layard is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art with a B.A. from The University of Guelph. For 15 years, enamel has provided challenge and inspiration in the form of jewellery, small vessels and panel work. Faith exhibits internationally and has taught enamel at George Brown College and the Living Arts Centre.

"Tradition is rich and varied for enamel, first found in Mycenaean jewellery in1460 BC Technique is seemingly limitless. Innovation is constant. For myself, traditional techniques have established firm roots to which I hold. Experimentation and innovative products allow for new discoveries every day."
